Bu koşullar Nicotine Away mobil uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

Hakların sahibi

Nicotine Away; kaynak kodu, algoritmaları (azaltma programı, görev planlaması, öğrenme ve risk hesapları dahil), arayüzü, metinleri, sesleri, görselleri, adı ve logosuyla birlikte geliştiricisi Mehmet Bülbül'e aittir ve telif hakkı ile ilgili mevzuat kapsamında korunur. Tüm hakları saklıdır.

Sana tanınan kullanım hakkı

Uygulamayı, Google Play üzerinden edindiğin cihazlarda, kendi kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımın için kullanabilirsin. Bu hak devredilemez, başkasına kiralanamaz ve alt lisans olarak verilemez. Uygulamanın mülkiyeti sana geçmez.

Yapamayacakların

Yürürlükteki kanunların açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında:

• Uygulamayı ya da herhangi bir parçasını tersine mühendislikle çözümleyemez, derlenmiş kodunu kaynak koda çeviremez (decompile), parçalarına ayıramaz (disassemble);
• Uygulamayı değiştiremez, kopyalayamaz, yeniden paketleyemez, başka bir yerde yayımlayamaz ya da dağıtamazsın;
• Abonelik, deneme süresi, güvenlik veya lisans kontrollerini devre dışı bırakamaz ya da atlatamazsın;
• Uygulamanın metinlerini, tasarımını, algoritmalarını ya da işleyişini benzer veya rakip bir ürün yapmak için kopyalayamaz, taklit edemezsin;
• Uygulamadan ya da sunucularından otomatik araçlarla toplu veri çekemez, sunuculara zarar verecek ya da onları aşırı yükleyecek şekilde kullanamazsın.

Abonelik

Ücretli özellikler Google Play üzerinden satılan abonelikle açılır. Ödeme, yenileme, iptal ve iade Google Play'in kendi koşullarına tabidir.

Sağlık uyarısı

Nicotine Away genel yaşam tarzı desteği sunar; tıbbi bir cihaz değildir ve teşhis, tedavi ya da doz önerisi vermez. Sağlığınla ilgili her konuda doktoruna danış.

Senin gönderdiklerin

Uygulamadan bize gönderdiğin fikir, öneri ve hata bildirimlerini, uygulamayı geliştirmek için kullanabiliriz. Bunlar için sana ayrıca bir ücret ödenmez ve bu bildirimler Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatıldığı gibi işlenir.

Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfadadır; üstteki tarih en son değişikliği gösterir.

Nicotine Away — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Nicotine Away mobile app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

Ownership

Nicotine Away, including its source code, its algorithms (the reduction programme, task scheduling, learning and risk calculations), its interface, texts, sounds, images, name and logo, belongs to its developer, Mehmet Bülbül, and is protected by copyright law. All rights reserved.

Your licence

You may use the app on devices where you obtained it through Google Play, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence cannot be transferred, rented out or sublicensed. Ownership of the app does not pass to you.

What you may not do

Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app or any part of it;
• modify, copy, repackage, republish or distribute the app;
• disable or get around its subscription, trial, security or licence checks;
• copy or imitate its texts, design, algorithms or workings to build a similar or competing product;
• extract data in bulk from the app or its servers by automated means, or use them in a way that harms or overloads the servers.

Subscription

Paid features are unlocked by a subscription sold through Google Play. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Google Play's own terms.

Health notice

Nicotine Away offers general lifestyle support. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or recommend doses. Talk to your doctor about anything to do with your health.

What you send us

We may use the ideas, suggestions and bug reports you send us from the app to improve it, without payment to you. They are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is always on this page; the date at the top shows the latest change.
