Nicotine Away, sigarayı bırakmak isteyen kişilere yardımcı olan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu metin, uygulamanın hangi verileri işlediğini, bunları nerede sakladığını ve kiminle paylaştığını açıklar.

Yapay zekâ koçluğunu kullandığında, yazdığın mesajlar ve sınırlı bir davranış özeti (öğrenilmiş riskli saatler, riskli tetikleyiciler ve risk seviyesi) yanıt üretilmesi için Google Gemini servisine gönderilir. Gemini erişilemezse yedek sağlayıcı olarak OpenAI kullanılabilir. Bu gönderim sunucumuz üzerinden yapılır; adın, e-postan veya konumun bu isteğe dahil edilmez.
Sohbette mikrofon düğmesine basıp sesli yazma kullanırsan, konuşman telefonunun ses tanıma servisi (çoğu telefonda Google) tarafından yazıya çevrilir; bu servis sesi kendi sunucularında işleyebilir. Uygulama bu sesi kaydetmez ve saklamaz; ortaya çıkan yazı, gönderdiğin diğer mesajlar gibi işlenir. Düğmeye basmazsan bu servis kullanılmaz.
Yapay zekâ sohbetini hiç kullanmazsan bu paylaşım da hiç gerçekleşmez.
Bize iki yoldan yazabilirsin: Ayarlar → Sorun bildir ekranından ya da herhangi bir ekranda iki parmağınla aynı anda, art arda beş kez dokunarak açılan not penceresinden.
Yazdığın metinle birlikte uygulama sürümü ve uygulama dili gönderilir. Not penceresinden yazarsan buna bir de hangi ekranda olduğunun adı eklenir. Ekran görüntüsü yalnızca sen "Ekran görüntüsünü de ekle" kutusunu işaretlersen gönderilir; göndermeden önce resmi görürsün. Kayıtların, ölçüm sonuçların, ses kayıtların ve konumun gönderilmez.
Bu notlar sunucumuzda saklanır, yalnızca bildirdiğin sorunu çözmek ve uygulamayı geliştirmek için okunur ve 90 gün sonra ekran görüntüsüyle birlikte otomatik olarak silinir. Kişi başına günde en fazla 10 not gönderilebilir. Bize hiç yazmazsan hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
Uygulamada, yalnızca geliştiricinin kendi test cihazlarında açılabilen bir geliştirici modu vardır. Diğer bütün kullanıcılarda bu mod kapalıdır ve açılamaz; bu kullanıcılar için hiçbir not, ekran görüntüsü veya ek bilgi toplanmaz ya da gönderilmez.
Geliştiricinin cihazında bu mod açıkken, geliştirici gördüğü bir hatayı not olarak yazabilir; not, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli ve o anda görülen ekranın görüntüsüyle birlikte yalnızca hatayı gidermek için korumalı bir alanda saklanır.
Uygulama içinden Ayarlar ekranına girip hesabını ve buluttaki tüm verilerini silebilirsin. Uygulamayı telefondan kaldırmak, cihazdaki yerel verilerini siler. Bulut verilerinin de silinmesini istiyorsan, kaldırmadan önce Ayarlar'daki silme işlemini kullan ya da aşağıdaki adresten bize yaz.
Uygulama 18 yaşından küçükler için tasarlanmamıştır ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.

Nicotine Away is a mobile app that helps people stop smoking. This page explains what the app processes, where it is stored, and who it is shared with.
An account is optional; the app works without one. If you connect with Google or email:
When you use AI coaching, your messages and a limited behaviour summary (learned risky hours, triggers and risk level) are sent to Google Gemini to generate a reply, with OpenAI as a fallback provider if Gemini is unavailable. The request goes through our server and does not include your name, email or location. If you never use AI coaching, nothing is sent.
If you tap the microphone button in the chat to use voice typing, what you say is turned into text by your phone's speech recognition service (Google on most phones), which may process the audio on its own servers. The app does not record or keep the audio; the resulting text is handled like any other message you send. The service is not used unless you tap the button.
You can write to us in two ways: from Settings → Report a problem, or from the note that opens when you tap any screen with two fingers together, five times in a row.
Your text is sent with the app version and the app language. A note written from any screen also carries the name of the screen you were on. A screenshot is sent only if you tick "Add a screenshot too", and you see the picture before it goes. Your logs, test results, audio recordings and location are not sent.
These notes are stored on our server, read only to fix what you reported and to improve the app, and deleted automatically, with any screenshot, after 90 days. One person can send at most 10 notes a day. If you never write to us, nothing is sent.
The app has a developer mode that can only be turned on on the developer's own test devices. For every other user it is off and cannot be turned on; no notes, screenshots or extra information are collected or sent for them.
On the developer's device, while the mode is on, the developer can write down a fault they have seen; the note is kept in protected storage, with the app version, the device model and a picture of the screen on display at the time, only so the fault can be fixed.
You can delete your account and all cloud data from the Settings screen in the app. Uninstalling removes the local data on your device. To have cloud data removed as well, use the in-app deletion first, or write to us at the address below.
The app is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
