Uygulamadan silmek

Nicotine Away'i aç ve Ayarlar'a gir.
Hesabımı ve bulut verilerimi sil satırına dokun.
Onayla. Silme bitince uygulama bunu bir mesajla bildirir; bir adım başarısız olursa bunu da söyler ve verilerin yerinde kalır, tekrar deneyebilirsin.

Bu seçenek Google hesabıyla giriş yaptıysan görünür. Giriş yapmadan kullanıyorsan telefondaki verileri Ayarlar → Verilerimi Sıfırla ile silebilirsin; sunucuda senin için tutulan bir kayıt varsa (aşağıya bak) silinmesini e-postayla isteyebilirsin.

Aboneliğin ayrıca iptal edilmeli. Hesabı silmek Google Play'deki aboneliği durdurmaz. İptal için Google Play Store → Profil → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler yolunu kullan.

Nicotine Away — Account Deletion

How to delete your Nicotine Away account and the data kept with it, and what is deleted and what is kept.

Deleting in the app

Open Nicotine Away and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account and cloud data.
Confirm. The app tells you when it is done; if a step fails it says so, your data stays where it was, and you can try again.

The option appears when you have signed in with Google. If you use the app without signing in, you can delete the data on your phone with Settings → Reset My Data; if the server holds a record for you (see below), you can ask for it to be deleted by email.

Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not stop a Google Play subscription. To cancel, go to Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Your account (the Google sign-in)
Your app backup in the cloud and your encrypted backups
Your subscription record on the server, your AI Mentor usage counters, and the link between your purchase and your account
Notes, problem reports and screenshots you sent, and your feedback
All app data on your phone

What is kept

Google Play's purchase records: Google Play takes the payment and keeps its order records under its own rules.
Crash reports: they carry nothing that identifies you and are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.

If you cannot reach the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot open it, email mehmet.bulbul0663@gmail.com with the subject "account deletion". Your request is carried out within 30 days at most.
